“My husband said there’s no way that you will find anyone to deliver a good gift basket on Dec 24th to his parents in London, ON. Well I looked on the internet and found your site. The first one I looked at and I called right away. It was about 9:30 am, December 24th. I talked to someone that was very friendly and helpful. I was told that they could have it delivered by 11 am. My husband who has always done this on previous holidays said there’s no way that is going to happen. We got a call at 10:50 am from the folks and they had just received the gift basket. They asked if we had found a new place to order from because this was the ‘best basket ever, by far’. I don’t think I have to say anything more except thank you.”

“A few weeks ago I ordered a sympathy basket from you for a family who had gone through the sudden and tragic loss of their mother and grandmother. I wanted to thank you for providing such an appropriate selection of items for a difficult situation. I was so pleased when I received it the next day – everything from the basket up was obvoius quality but just seemed to be “understated”, which suited perfectly as it wasn’t the time for bright, cheery colours or “cute” items and you clearly understood what I was looking for after we had spoken. The family was very grateful to recieve it and I think it may have been a nice diversion for them from flowers.
