Delivery Schedule

Please note that we ship anywhere in North America so to avoid disappointment please place your order as early as possible.

For local deliveries in London Ontario please allow 1 day for delivery. Same day delivery is available upon request if the order is received by 10 a.m. that day.

Outside the city of London, Ontario, and Quebec destinations allow 2-3 business days for delivery

All other Provinces allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

For all U.S. destinations allow 3-8 business days for delivery.

DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CITY OF LONDON VIA CANADA POST MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION.

Delivery Charges

Please note that all gift basket prices listed are subject to taxes and delivery charge.

Delivery charges range from $14.99 – $39.99 per basket depending on the Delivery Zone. **Please note that delivery charges may change if improper zone is selected at time of checkout.

Policy Relating to Alcohol Sales and Delivery

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has issued Better than Flowers Gift Baskets a license to deliver liquor, wine spirits etc.

BTF now has the approval to sell gift baskets containing products purchased from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.

BTF will take precautions to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to any person below the legal drinking age.

Only persons of legal drinking age can order alcohol from our website.

Any gift basket containing alcohol sold by BTF is intended for personal consumption by the recipient and not for resale.

Adult signatures from those persons of legal drinking age are required on all deliveries containing alcohol.

Designated BTF employees will be “Smart Serve” trained.

BTF will comply with the rules and regulations as set out by the AGCO relating to this Liquor Delivery Service License.
