Hello, my name is Michelle and I would like to personally thank you

for venturing into the world of Better than Flowers Gift Baskets (BTF) so that I can tell you “all about us”. BTF is a successful gift basket business that was established in 2004. Over the past 10 years the company has grown because of it’s solid reputation for providing excellent service and quality gifts to match any occasion you wish.

For the past 20+ years I have worked in various customer service related jobs and have always enjoyed seeing a person smile because they have received great service. Over the past 7 years I took some time away from my career and married my husband Peter and started a family with two beautiful girls Morgan and Hailey. As fate may have it, I joined the Better than Flowers team last fall and re-ignited my creative drive and desire to see people smile when they receive a thoughtful gift. I stand before you today as the new owner and make this pledge to you:
