I wanted to thank you for providing such an appropriate selection of items for a difficult situation. I was so pleased when I received it the next day - everything from the basket up was obvoius quality but just seemed to be "understated", which suited perfectly as it wasn't the time for bright, cheery colours or "cute" items and you clearly understood what I was looking for after we had spoken.
