A note from Karen...

Karen MoffattWelcome to our hive at “Better than Flowers”. BTF is a successful gift basket business that was established in 2004 by Julie Khan and was purchased in 2008 by Karen Moffatt.

Karen has had 30 years experience in various management positions with a very satisfying, people-oriented career, and found it was time to set her sights on a new venture. In August of 2008, Karen purchased “Better than Flowers” from entrepreneur Julie Khan. Once the business was purchased Karen invited Julie and the rest of the BTF team to remain with the company and continue with her on their journey together. What a team we have! Our goal is to continue to put smiles on peoples’ faces with each and every gift basket order.

Our team’s objective at BTF is customer satisfaction. We will ensure that the timeliness and attention to detail that everyone has become accustomed to continues to satisfy families, friends, clients, colleagues and the special people in your lives. In these busy, stress-filled, multitasking times, BTF is here to make it easier for you to express thanks, acknowledgment, sympathy and joy. We are just a phone call or a mouse click away!
